1. Attempt to identify, expose, "dox," or harass recipients or senders of anonymous messages.
2. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
3. Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other user accounts, or systems.
5. Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Services without our express written permission.
6. Use the Services to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

### 5.3 Consequences of Violation

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate your account, and to remove or restrict access to any content, at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.

## 6. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

### 6.1 Use of AI

The Services use artificial intelligence (including OpenAI's GPT models) to help generate prayers, reflections, and supportive messages based on user input. AI-generated content is created by automated systems and is intended to provide general encouragement and spiritual support.

### 6.2 No Professional Advice

AI-generated content is NOT professional advice. The Services, including AI-generated outputs, do not constitute:

1. Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Mental health counseling, therapy, or crisis intervention.
3. Legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that is not suitable for your specific situation. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important personal, medical, or legal decisions.

### 6.3 Not a Substitute for Professional Help

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or suicidal thoughts, do not use the Services as a substitute for professional help. Please contact emergency services (911 in the U.S.), a crisis hotline (such as 988), or a licensed healthcare provider immediately.

### 6.4 General Encouragement Only

The Services are designed to provide faith-based encouragement, prayer support, and general spiritual guidance. While we may offer coaching or guidance features, these are not substitutes for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. You use the Services and any AI-generated content at your own risk.

## 7. User Content and Intellectual Property

### 7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any prayers, messages, reflections, or other content you create or submit through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

1. Store, process, display, and transmit your User Content as necessary to provide and operate the Services.
2. Use your User Content to improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the Services (but not for AI training or creating derivative works without your consent, unless you explicitly opt in to such uses in the future).

This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except where retention is required for legal, security, or compliance reasons as described in our Privacy Policy.

You also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement, available at https://stripe.com/legal.

We do not store your full credit card number or CVV; Stripe handles all sensitive payment information.

### 8.3 Billing and Renewals

1. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month on your billing date until you cancel.
2. Annual subscriptions automatically renew each year on your billing date until you cancel.

You will be charged on each renewal date unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

### 8.4 Cancellation and Refunds

1. Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months.
2. Annual subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the annual subscription, except as required by law.
3. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion (for example, in cases of billing errors or technical issues).

### 8.5 Price Changes

We may change our subscription prices at any time with reasonable advance notice (typically at least 30 days). Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

### 8.6 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, or GST), which will be added to your invoice where required by law. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

### 9.1 SMS Notifications

By providing a mobile phone number to send encouragement messages, you acknowledge that the recipient may receive SMS notifications from AnonymouslyUrs.net containing a secure web link to view the message.

Our SMS program operates in accordance with our SMS Messaging Policy, which includes:

1. One notification SMS per recipient unless they opt in by replying YES.
2. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
3. SMS messages do not contain full message content; all content is viewed via a secure web link.

### 9.2 Email Communications
